Terms of Service

These terms cover the optional co-Link website dongle conversion service provided by an independent developer. Contact: ghdtjrtka@gmail.com. Steam software, if released, is a separate offering.
Price and delivery
The service costs US$7.99 once per compatible dongle, not a subscription. Any applicable tax and final payable amount are displayed at checkout before you authorize payment. Compatibility inspection saves the dongle fingerprint before payment. Payment is associated with that specific dongle; it is not a transferable generic credit. After successful conversion registration, the same identifiable dongle may be reconverted without paying again. Hardware is not included.
Delivery is digital through a Windows assistant that applies a server-authorized driver-binding plan on your own PC. It requires a supported Windows environment, administrator approval for driver changes, internet access, and a compatible USB dongle. The cloud cannot install drivers without the local assistant. Download and back up the original configuration before proceeding. Conversion can disconnect devices using the selected dongle. A restart may be required.
Compatibility and successful completion
A compatibility pass permits a conversion attempt; it is not a guarantee of radio quality, every codec, or every controller feature. Product names and Bluetooth version numbers alone do not establish compatibility. Failed, unknown or restart-pending results are not registered as successful conversions. After a failed attempt, follow recovery instructions. Once restoration is verified, the service provides the recovery-key path to compatibility checking and retry without another payment; a key is consumed only on verified success. Do not convert devices you do not own or administer.
Support and refunds
If paid conversion cannot be completed, stop retrying unrelated devices and contact support with your order identifier and error details. We will help investigate conversion and recovery and review a refund request where the paid service cannot be delivered. Applicable statutory consumer rights and payment-provider procedures remain in force; these terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Never email passwords, card details or Bluetooth pairing keys.
Software and limitations
Software and third-party modules retain their respective license terms. The service does not include or grant rights to proprietary external codec files. You are responsible for obtaining compatible external files lawfully. Features depend on the dongle, connected device and external modules. We do not promise universal hardware support or uninterrupted radio transmission. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
